Our Summerlea Woods community in Binbrook has continued to make progress over the fall season. Homes in Phase 1 are now 90% complete and two-thirds of the entire site is occupied. Homes located in Phase 1B are 50% complete and the team will continue to ramp up construction over the next several months. The basecoat for driveways located on McWatters Street and Kinsman Drive will be completed next, with sidewalk installation scheduled to begin at the end of November and rough grading to follow. The next community milestone includes exterior landscaping around the homes, which is set to commence in spring 2022.
