WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR NEW COMMUNITY
HOA is managed by the Braesael Management Company for $1,050 per year, paid semi-annually. HOA includes maintenance for amenities, common areas, sidewalks and recreation areas, as well as general repair and replacement. There is also a one-time $1,000 capital contribution fee that is due at closing.
