Hi, we’re Empire and we invite you to learn a little more about us. As the new kid in town, we are in love with this city — the unique architecture, rich history, vibrant and eclectic neighborhoods. It’s easy to see what drew us here and led us to investing in great locations for our communities.
When we first got here, we started by taking it all in. We walked the streets, listened to people, got in a few hikes. And, even tried some moonpies, “for research.” We did this because we believe in building on what’s there, and we want our communities to enhance people’s lives. We take pride in building homes with attention to detail, fresh floorplans that create comfortable spaces, and a put-out-the-welcome-mat kind of community feeling. And we believe that lives are lived between the buildings, on the pathways, in nature, and around our amenities just as much as they are between the four walls.
