WHAT’S REQUIRED TO LEASE A HOME WITH EMPIRE RENTAL LIVING?
Empire Rental Living verifies credit and rental history to determine rental eligibility. A gross income of three times the monthly rent is required and validated by an accredited third party. Subject to applicable law, a criminal background check will be conducted for each applicant and occupant 18 years or older. Please contact the specific property you’re interested in to learn more about our screening criteria.
WHAT’S THE FIRST STEP IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
Once you’ve chosen which rental community you’re interested in, select the home you’d like to rent on the floor plans page of its website. From here, all you have to do is click ‘apply’ and you’ll be prompted to begin the application process.
HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR?
To book a tour of our rental homes, visit the website of the community you’re interested in and click on the orange chat icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen. You can also reach out to the community directly, but scheduling online will result in faster service.
ARE YOUR PROPERTIES PET FRIENDLY?
All of Empire’s rental communities are pet friendly. Up to two animals are allowed per home, and both cats and dogs are accepted. While there are no stipulations regarding the weight of pets, some breed restrictions do apply.
DO THE UNITS INCLUDE ANY SMART-HOME FEATURES?
Empire’s rental homes come with built-in smart-home technology including Ring video doorbells, keyless entry locks for seamless guest access, leak detectors, smart thermostats which help save on utilities, and high-speed internet.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST?
Service requests can be submitted via email, phone call or through Empire Rental Living’s online resident portal with emergency maintenance available 24/7. Contact the property management team directly for more information.
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
Rent can be paid online through Empire Rental Living’s online resident portal or via our mobile app. Ask our property management team for other payment options or more information.
HOW CAN I JOIN AN INTEREST LIST?
To join one of our community’s interest lists, please register via the form that’s located at the bottom of the community’s home page. You can also call or email the property directly to state your interest.
