Empire Wyndfield in Brantford has experienced significant progress since our last update. Our team is excited to announce that Phase 8A1 is almost complete, with 90% of homes on Gillespie Dr., and all homes closed and occupied on Bee Cres., Baskett St., and Holder Drive.
About 80% of homes in Phase 8 have had sod laid, with the remaining to be completed this fall. Curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt are also complete at 80% of homes, with the balance scheduled to be completed this season.
The progress in Phase 8A2 is just as exciting, with most homes on Bellhouse Ave. and Piley Rd. now closed and occupied, and several blocks of townhouses and homes closed and occupied on Baskett St., Wilmont Rd., and Monteith Drive. As this phase continues to come together, the installation of curbs and sidewalks will continue to progress, while sod will begin in the late fall.
