Phase 4 of Empire Legacy located in Thorold, has made great progress since our last construction update.
70% of homes on Sunflower Cres. have closed and are now occupied, with the balance set to close later this month. All homes on Blackberry Lane and one block of towns on Daisy Lane have closed and are now occupied as well — a significant construction milestone.
On Lavender Road, 50% of detached homes are set to close this month. The remaining homes on Lavender Road, as well as the homes on Higgins Ave. and Lemon Lane are at various stages of construction, with several at the finishing, mechanical, and electrical rough-in stages. We’ll continue to see the community take shape over the next few months, with curbs and sidewalks beginning soon.
