We’re excited to share that the construction of Empire Canals in Welland has progressed significantly since our last update, with 45% of homes in Phase 1 now closed and occupied.
Remaining lots have been excavated and foundations have been poured. Homes on Rudder Rd., Avrion Cres., Eastbridge Ave., Rowlook St., and Starboard Cres. are progressing well, with 30% of homes at the framing and rough-in stages, and the balance at drywall and finishing stages. The installation of curbs and sidewalks has also begun.
