Salina

The Salina is a one-story home with a second floor option. The main floor includes a guest bedroom with vaulted ceiling, Flex Room which can be an office, formal Dining room or third bedroom, and a nice, open space for entertaining. The Kitchen flows into the Breakfast room and Family room, which has a vaulted ceiling. Also included is a covered rear patio for easy grilling. The Premier suite includes a large walk-in closet and private bathroom with double sinks and large shower; you may opt to add a soaking tub. The spacious Laundry/Mudroom area includes space for a built-in drop zone, cabinets and sink. The second floor option includes a large Loft, 2 bedrooms and a full bath.
