The Hadley plan offers expansive entertaining space, starting with the Dining Room with space for a service bar. At the rear of the home is a Kitchen with island overlooking the large 2-story Morning room, which includes a fireplace and a service bar & cabinets. The first floor is rounded out with a large Great Room; add a double-sided fireplace to warm up the space. A Planning room can be added to have an office or homework station tucked away. There is also a private guest suite with space for a Kitchenette. Upstairs, the hallway has a cut-out overlooking the Morning room, which can be flanked by bookcases. The Premier suite includes a double tray ceiling plus oversized walk-in closet. Convert the bathroom to a spa bath! There is also a large Bonus Room, spacious secondary bathroom, and 2 secondary bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom.
