We are thrilled to give you our first construction update for Empire Phoenix!
Located on Manitoba Street in Etobicoke’s Mystic Point community, Phoenix broke ground earlier this year and our construction team has been busy working on getting the building to the ground floor level. Excavation began back at the end of April and is now complete and we are only a few weeks away from completing our footings. Our focus right now is on the underground parking levels, where the slab on grade is on-going and the team is currently working on pouring P2 level parking. We anticipate reaching the ground floor in January 2020.
