To help make your move-in as simple as possible, we have created a website dedicated to helping you prepare for your interim occupancy, to provide quick links to all the contact information needed, what to expect over the next few weeks and some common FAQ’s. INTERIM OCCUPANCY

When you purchase a pre-construction condominium you will be given two different dates, the interim occupancy date and the closing date. Interim occupancy is exclusive to pre-construction condos.

An Empire Customer Service representative will be contacting you over the next couple of weeks to schedule your key pick-up.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR PDI

PDI’s at Eau Du Soleil started the week of March 1st. All residents will receive their PDI date and time via email from Empire’s Customer Service team. PDI’s will take place Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Dedicated to enhancing your condominium community, Crossbridge Condominium Services is the property management team at Eau Du Soleil. The Eau Du Soleil property management team is there to help with managing condo amenities, enforcing the rules and by-laws of the condo board and 24-hour emergency service.
