We were honored this year to be nominated for 9 awards in 6 categories for our customer service and marketing excellence, and even more excited to take home four of the top trophies.
Our condominium community Eau Du Soleil won Best Sales Video and Best Digital Marketing Campaign, High-Rise awards for our Terrace Collection campaign where we used an interactive video to help potential buyers visualize the endless possibilities of terrace living in Toronto both through daytime and nighttime activities, and with lake and city views. Empire Avalon in Caledonia was recognized for Best Digital Marketing Campaign, Low Rise and Best Marketing Innovation, with our innovative Facebook app were homeowners could answer a series of lifestyle and design questions to generate a personalized video that illustrates how they can enjoy life in the Avalon community. Try it out here. We were particularly excited by the recognition this application received, as it represents some of the innovation in marketing that we have committed to as a company.
