Phase 8A-1 has a lot of construction points underway at 75% completion. Homes on Baskett Street have exterior brick complete and are now at the tiling stage of interior finishings. On Bee Cres, detached homes are at the drywall stage with exterior brick underway on approximately 50% of the homes, while three of the five townhome blocks on the street are at the framing stage with the other two blocks getting ready for their construction starts.
On Gillespie Drive, exterior brick has been completed and homes are at the tiling stage of interior finishings. The townhomes on this street are also underway with four of the six blocks at the framing stage and the other two blocks getting ready to start construction. Approximately 13 homes on Holder Drive have now closed, and most of the remaining homes are at the tiling stage with exterior brick complete. Over on Bellhouse Ave, the interiors are all at the tiling stage and the exteriors have brick complete. Townhomes on this street are at the framing stage with exterior brick complete on block 256.
Phase 8A-2 is also under construction, with homes and townhomes at 30% completion. Two of the four town blocks on Baskett Street are at the framing stage, as are the detached homes on Bellhouse Ave.
Home construction has begun on Wilmot Road, with approximately 20 homes framed and at the rough-in stage. On Monteith Drive, construction has started with approximately 6 homes at the framing stage and 30 framed and at the rough-in stage.
