50% of the homes in phase 8A1 are complete, and we are happy to report 60% of homes have closed on Bee Cres., Gillespie Dr., Basket St.; on Holder Dr. 90% of the homes have been framed, and remaining homes will be moving to the drywall stage. Additionally, exterior brick had been completed on 75% of the homes, with 80% of the homes having exterior siding complete.
Phase 8A2 is progressing well, with 90% of the homes framed. 20% of the homes on Wilmont Rd., Moneith Dr., and Bellhouse Ave. are at the drywall stage. 15% of the homes on Wilmot Road and Monteith Drive have exterior brick complete, and 10% of the homes have closed and are occupied along Monteith Drive.
Curbs, sidewalks, and sod on Cahill Drive will commence in spring, while Phase 8A1 and 8A2 will commence in summer 2023.
