As we near the end of the winter season, we’re pleased to share new construction updates at Empire Riverland in Breslau, Ontario. All lots in Phase 1 are closed and occupied, with only a handful of lots on Wakefield Street, Centre Street and Dolman Street set to receive topsoil and sod. Construction is now underway in Phase 2, where several lots on Blacksmith Drive, Dolman Street and Santo Drive have been backfilled and begun framing. Foundations are currently in progress for lots 4-12 and town block 105 on Blacksmith Drive.
