We’re excited to provide an update on the progress of our Empire Riverland community in Breslau. Phase 2 is 90% complete, and we’re thrilled to see the well-loved community taking shape.
Almost all homes have closed with the last handful set to close over the next few weeks. The homes are at various stages from insulation, drywall and tile, to the finishing stage on Santo Court, Dolman Street, and Andover Drive.
As the last handful of homes close, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and sod will start in late spring, which will be completed in phase 2.
