Empire Phoenix continues to reach new construction milestones with the underground structure now complete. Check out our aerial photos and video to see how construction is unfolding at Empire Phoenix.
The garage foundation is completed and the construction team is working in the underground garage to complete mechanical and electrical rough-ins and have started masonry blockwork to create the various rooms that house our mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as lockers, bike storage, and elevator lobbies. The formwork crews continue moving upward in the podium and towers.
With the 3rd-floor slab complete, many of the vertical structural elements from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor are in place, as well as a portion of the 4th-floor slab which has been poured in both towers.
Up next for construction at Phoenix is measuring the building’s windows to begin installation on the lower floors and start the process of closing in the building envelope. From here, Phoenix will really start to take shape as it makes its way into the Mystic Point skyline.
