Since our winter update at Empire Maverick, on-site construction has progressed rapidly on Toronto’s King Street West. The building’s footings are now complete and below grade concrete has just begun. The walls and columns of parking level 3 are now 60% complete, while parking level 2 has reached 35% completion. For both levels, below grade waterproofing is well underway. Now that the building’s footings are complete, underground drainage work has also begun. Up at street level, the site’s hoarding and covered walkway have also been installed.
