Construction is ramping up at Empire Maverick on Toronto’s King Street West with another big milestone completed by our on-site team.
Over the summer months, all of the floors, walls and columns were completed from the 6th level to the 13th. The team has begun working on the 14th level, with walls and columns 75% complete. As we start to work on the 15th floor and up over the fall, the building will start to take shape. The underground pipes and sprinkler are also 90% complete.
