Construction continues to progress at Empire Maverick on King Street West in Toronto, Ontario. Our construction team has now completed the grading on the P1, P2 and P3 levels of the parking garage, as well as the underground mechanical and mezzanine levels. The concrete slab for the ground floor is underway, while the underground damp-proofing and waterproofing elements have been completed since the summer months. Finally, our Maverick team has completed a large portion of the underground overhead piping and has begun installing the sprinkler systems, as well as all concrete formings.
