Construction at Empire Maven on Avenue Rd and Lawrence is in its final stages, and we are excited to see our homeowners begin moving into their newly completed suites now and into the fall months. The exterior of the building is close to being completed, along with Maven’s amenity spaces. Landscaping is 95% complete, the parking garage has been completed and all common areas will be fully ready for residents to enjoy by this fall.
