Phase 246 at Lush is making great strides in the construction process, at approximately 25% completion with 26 homes closed for our new families to enjoy. Phases 3B and 3C at Lush are both 96% complete, with all homes closed and occupied by our new homeowners. All curbs, sidewalks, driveways, and sod will be completed in spring 2023.
At Victory, Phase 4 is 80% complete, withBlocks 1, 3, 4, 5 fully complete and 21 homes are now closed and occupied.
