LUSH PHASE 3A & 3B
Framing has started on several homes in these phases as we start to contact homeowners for their frame-walks. Once complete these homes will move onto the exterior cladding stage. More and more homes are entering the final stages of construction, as hydro has been connected, exterior grading is underway and curbs and sidewalks are starting to be formed.
VICTORY
We are excited to announce that all homes in phase 3 are now closed. All rough grading is complete and ready for final topsoil, grading and sod. Homes in phase 5A and 5B are starting exterior cladding while others are entering the drywall stage.
