Our Victory team is very excited to announce that all four blocks for our Phase 3 homes have now been occupied, and rough grading has been completed. In addition, the final grading has been completed, a base coat of asphalt has been installed, and all lots have had grass installed. Out of our Victory Phase 5A and 5B lots, 29 lots have been occupied. The exterior cladding and interiors have almost been completed for lots 14-17. The Victory team has begun framing on lot 13 and lots 19-23 are in the early stages of completing rough-ins, plumbing and HVAC.
The majority of our Phase 3A lots for our Lush community are occupied with 12 more lots remaining to be constructed. The curb and sidewalks have been completed for all streets except on Cactus Crescent around the exteriors that are adjacent to the forest area. The majority of the asphalt has been completed in addition to the final grading and sodding for all areas. Some of our lots have begun excavation and the early stages of grading with others awaiting the first stages of construction. The kitchen and indoor amenities have been added to a few of our homes, while others will begin the construction of rear decks and landscaping.
Phase 3B has some lots where framing is set to be completed soon; windows, doors and the beginning stages of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical will start shortly. A number of our lots have been freshly drywalled and include hydro and gas. In addition, our team is excited to announce that a few more lots of our Lush lots have completed the early stages of grading. Finally, the remaining lots are set to start excavation with some lots that will be ready to close shortly.
