The spring season brings new developments to Empire Victory and Lush in Stoney Creek. Take a look at our latest on-site aerial footage to see exactly how construction is unfolding in this growing community.
Victory Phase 5A & 5B
Since our last update, the development on site has progressed rapidly, with homes now under various stages of construction. For some homes, drywall has been completed and taping has just begun, while others are in the process of having masonry installed. Framing has been completed on a number of homes, and they are now awaiting window installation. Some other homes have had their interior drains completed, while more await excavation.
Victory Phase 3
The land department is currently coordinating with Brantford Engineering and Construction Ltd. to provide earth work to the area.
Lush Phase 3A
To date, six new homes have closed and are occupied, while 18 are currently under construction. Some have received their window deliveries and will soon have their framing completed, while others are still undergoing this process. A couple of homes on site have been insulated, while others remain in various construction stages.
Lush Phase 3B
Construction is well underway at Phase 3B, and a number of homes have had their foundations poured and footings in place. While some have been backfilled, many are still in the process of having this completed. For the lots that have been graded, masonry is expected to begin soon. Overall, many are still under various stages of finishing, while some lots have been released and are awaiting excavation. Seventeen lots are scheduled for pre-sewer construction in the coming weeks, with excavation to follow. We are proud of the construction milestones that we are reaching and are pleased to announce the passing of the site’s first home occupancy on Magdalena Street.
