A new season means new growth on site at Empire Livingston in Hagersville. Here’s a look at how construction is unfolding and what’s underway.
Construction has continued to move quickly since our last update with ten homes having now closed. 11 homes on David Street are at the finishing stage and 20 are in the process of framing. The foundations that are a part of Phase 1 are awaiting framing, with six remaining to be dug. A full-time street sweeper has also been scheduled to keep mud and dust to a minimum throughout the entire community.
