The success of our referral program over the last few years makes it clear to us that our greatest asset is our homeowners. We want to continue to invest in you, as you have trusted in us to not only deliver your home, but your friends’ and families’ homes as well.
To show our appreciation and continued support of our homeowners, our new referral program offers $1,000 for every condo referral and $2,500 for every townhome or detached home referral, in any community, for both you and your friend or family member-turned-neighbour.
Referral Process
Know someone who is looking for a home? Have them mention you when they meet with an Empire Sales Representative and fill out the referral form. If they decide to buy a condo, we will thank both of you with $1,000 each when they purchase their home. If they decide to buy a townhome or detached home, we will thank both of you with $2,500 each when they purchase their home.
