Empire Communities is reporting quick sales in Villas at Rowe, a townhome community in Pflugerville. The builder recently launched sales in a second phase of the community, with four of the 12 townhomes in that phase already sold.
“The first phase sold quickly, so it’s no surprise that we are seeing this kind of momentum with phase two,” said Terry Shuffler, Empire’s Central Texas Division President. “The Villas at Rowe has an excellent location near State Highway 45 and Texas 130, plus lawn care is covered, so you have more time to enjoy everything that is nearby.”
Buyers can choose from six one- and two-story floor plans, which offer 1,330 to 1,606 square feet, two to three bedrooms and one- and two-bay garages. The designs also feature covered patios, open-concept common areas and walk-in closets in the owner’s retreat. The twin villa townhomes are semi-detached, with two homes sharing one wall. Pricing is from the high $300,000s.
Empire has started construction on all of the townhomes in this new phase and expects them to be complete next summer. The homes encircle a future pocket park and playground. Two models are open in the community.
At completion, Villas at Rowe will be home to 118 townhomes. The community is zoned to Dearing Elementary School, Kelly Lane Middle School and Hendrickson High School in Pflugerville Independent School District.
Empire Communities builds in 10 communities in and around the Austin area and has built more than 28,000 new homes and condominiums over the past 25-plus years in North America. In addition to Texas, Empire builds in Atlanta and North Carolina. It ranks at No. 83 in Builder Magazine’s listing of the top builders in the nation and was named 2020 Volume Builder of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association
