Our team continues to keep the construction process moving forward on site at our Avalon community in Caledonia, with more phases coming to a close. Here’s a look at what new milestones we have reached and what’s to come at your future home.
As the spring season comes to a close, we are pleased to announce that all homes in Phase 1 and 2 are now closed and occupied by their new owners. Final grading, sod and top work has also been completed and approved in these areas. For Phase 3A1, all homes are now closed as well, with grading, sod and top work completed too. The last municipal grading approvals will be received by this summer.
Phase 3A2 and 4 are coming to completion, with all homes closed and final grading, sod and top works currently in progress. The last municipal grading approvals are also expected to be received soon. Phase 5 is still in its early stages of construction, with our on-site team having just begun working on releases 1 through 4. The homes in these releases are at various stages of construction, ranging from excavation to mechanical rough-ins.
