The summer season has brought new development to our Avalon community in Caledonia, Ontario. For a closer look at our progress on-site, have a look at our latest construction update.
Our Avalon team has been very excited to ramp up construction during the warmer summer months. Phase 3A1 closed the final homes as of last week in addition to completing the grading and adding sod to the lots. The next step for these homes is to receive approval from the municipality, which is currently set to happen by the end of summer. Our Avalon phase 3A2 and Phase 4 homes that were released for construction have now closed, and the final steps to complete grading are in progress. Avalon Phase 5 has begun construction on all released lots ranging from excavation to rail installation. Our Phase 6 homes included on releases 1 through 4 have begun the early stages of construction, which include exterior pre-sewers and pouring the foundations.
