Our Calderwood community in Thorold continues to take shape, with townhomes in Phase 1 and homes 108 to 149 now 25% framed. Townhomes and homes from 131 to 138 are now in the drywall installation and interior finishes stages. The construction on the Phase 2 townhomes will commence next.
