Empire Communities announced in today that it has launched The Maverick Social — “a new social club experience that will be accessed exclusively by residents of Empire Maverick.” The Maverick, a 49-storey luxury condo building set to rise across from the TIFF Bell Lightbox, won’t even be complete until at least 2022 by the most-recent estimates.
