COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Once complete, the Mueller community will be home to 3.5 million square feet of commercial office development, and currently houses two corporate headquarters, over 150,000 square feet of medical office space, and the University of Texas’ Dell Pediatric Research Institute, allowing for residents to live and work in one prime location, with easy access to retail, dining and play.

COMMUNITY TRAVEL MADE EASY

As Mueller grows, the community has launched an innovative new method for communal travel known as the “Electric Last Mile Project”. These eCabs connect Mueller residents, workers and visitors, featuring two vehicles to transport anyone to Mueller’s many attractions, such as the Aldrich Street district, the Mueller Market District and the regional retail center.

SCHOOLS

The expansive Mueller community is now services by two ISDs. The Austin ISD, a diverse, urban district has made great progress in student academic achievement over the last decade of Mueller’s growth and is served by Maplewood Elementary, Kealing Middle School, McCallum High School, Blanton Elementary, Pearce Middle School and Reagan High School.

As Mueller grows, other nearby schools will also likely serve Mueller students, including Ridgetop and Lee elementaries, Webb Middle School and LBJ High School. Additionally, the Mueller master plan includes a site for a future school and a number of private schools, charter schools, preschools and child care centers near the Mueller community. We encourage residents to research all of these opportunities.

FARMERS MARKETS
& LOCAL EATS

Located under the Browning Hangar in Mueller’s scenic Lake Park off Airport Boulevard, the Mueller Farmers’ Market is open on Sundays and Wednesdays, featuring live music and over 70 Texas vendors. Across the pond you’ll find the Mueller Trailer Eats food court where you’ll find breakfast, lunch or dinner at a variety of delicious food trucks.

IDEALLY LOCATED

When you do finally venture outside of Mueller, the prime location, just off of TX-135 allows for easy access to some of Austin’s most prominent destinations; just three miles from downtown Austin and two miles from The University of Texas at Austin. Mueller’s prominent position and innovative approach to development is why it’s become the energetic new hub for central Austin.
