Empire Communities and the Warren Woods Land Corp. have formed a new partnership to build Imagine, a planned community in Niagara Falls.

Comprised of several unique neighbourhoods, Imagine will include a range of different living styles including large and small single-family detached homes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments, as well as a retirement village. Scheduled to launch in early summer 2013, the Imagine Centre will include three fully furnished model homes on site. Prices at Imagine will start at $189,990 for townhomes and $214,990 for detached homes. The first neighbourhood of the community is already 100% serviced so construction can progress quickly and efficiently.

“This dynamic community will truly have something for everyone,” says Paul Golini, executive vice president of Empire Communities. “From families to second-home vacationers, empty nesters and retirees, Imagine will offer a vibrant lifestyle unmatched in Southern Ontario.”

Imagine’s location is close to all the amenities of Niagara as well as neighbourhood entertainment facilities, the McBain YMCA Community Centre, the Niagara Square, Walmart, Lowes, the Heartland Forrest Family Retreat and the Carolinian Forest preserve with trails and more.

The developers of Imagine have created walking trails throughout the community that are being used by the many residents in the neighbourhoods close by.

Both Empire and Warren Woods have been committed to green building and will have a selection of green options for residents to choose from. Testament to this commitment is the list of awards for which Empire has been recognized. The company has received the Green Builder of the Year Award from both the WRHBA and BILD in addition to the Energy Star for New Homes Builder of the Year all for 2012.

“Our goal for Imagine is to create the pre-eminent community in the entire Golden Horseshoe,” adds Robert O’Dell, Managing Partner of Warren Woods. “Imagine will combine the best in building quality with Empire, a home to suit any lifestyle, an outstanding location just minutes to any shop or service one could want, and a green environment that supports the philosophy of sustainable living. We are proud to be partners with Empire Communities.”
