BRESLAU, ONTARIO, NOVEMBER 20, 2008 – There’s a lot to celebrate at Riverland! Empire Communities’ highly successful community in Breslau was recently honoured with three coveted awards at the 13th Annual Awards of Distinction held by Waterloo Region Home Builders’ Association (WRHBA), in partnership with Waterloo Region. Riverland received awards for Project of the Year – Single Detached Home, Best New Home Sales Office, and Best Project Sales Brochure. According to Marie Schroeder, Executive Officer for WRHBA, “This event exists to recognize the highest levels of accomplishments in the home-building industry, from construction and design to renovations, advertising, presentation centres and more.

These three wins follow Riverland receiving Best New Home Sales Office 1,500 sq. ft. and over at the Ontario Home Builders’ Awards of Distinction in September. This unique sales environment is a permanent building that will, upon completion of the sales program, be turned over to local citizens to be used as a Community Centre. In fact, the lower floor is currently being used by the Breslau Recreation Association for community programs.
